We’re back, besties! Starting 2026 the Glow & Go way...

Your weekly dose of what's hot, what's healing, and what's actually worth leaving the house for!

Hi besties, we’re back!

Did you miss us? Because we definitely missed you.
Happy New Year to all you lovely lot

There’s something about the start of January that always feels genuinely hopeful. A fresh journal, a little exhale, and that ever optimistic feeling of maybe this could be the year. And you know we’re here for that energy. Motivation is essential. Intention matters.

But before we all disappear into colour coded routines and unrealistic expectations, let’s just remind ourselves: you don’t need fixing. You don’t need to reinvent yourself. And you definitely don’t need to start the year by being harder on yourself than necessary.

The truth is around 80% of people give up on their NY resolutions before the middle of february… and its absolutely not down to willpower or motivation. They fall apart because they ask too much, too fast, without enough softness built in. Real change tends to come from how things feel, not how rigidly they’re enforced.

So this year, we’re remaining committed to wellness that fits real life. The busy days. The tired days. The “doing my best” days. The kind that supports your nervous system, not one that becomes another thing to keep up with.

And with that energy in mind, we’re very excited to share some news…

Our first Wellness Stroll of the year is happening 🎉

And not just any stroll.

Glow & Go Wellness Stroll
Tuesday 6th January, 7:15am
📍 Feels on the Beach, Kite Beach

We’re kicking off 2026 with movement, connection, and really good energy by the sea, and we’re doing it with the incredible Danae Mercer.

If you somehow don’t already know Danae (though chances are you do), she’s a powerful advocate for body confidence, mental wellbeing, and honest conversations around health, self-worth, and what it actually means to feel good in your body. She brings warmth, realness, and zero perfection energy, which is exactly why we adore her.

We’re also proudly partnered with Women’s Best, a brand that champions strength, confidence, and empowering women to feel good in their own skin.

We’ll meet at Feels on the Beach, grab a complimentary iced coffee, and head out for a relaxed seaside stroll. Think fresh air, easy chats, and a gentle start to the day. Afterwards, we’ll head back to Feels  where Danae will share her go-to glow rituals, mindset shifts, and host a short wellness Q&A. No pressure. No overthinking. Just real-life wellness, done simply.

And because we love a glow-up moment, the first 50 guests will receive a Women’s Best hoodie and leggings set, worth AED 475.

There’s a small AED 50 booking fee to confirm your place. Numbers are limited, and this helps us manage capacity and make sure everyone who books genuinely gets to join us.

If you’re craving a softer start to the year, more connection, and wellness that actually feels supportive, we’d absolutely love to see you there.

With love (and a final hello from Katie’s baby bump)

Gray Wellness Club
📍Kempinski Mall of the Emirates

We all know life in Dubai moves fast - like, really fast. Diaries are full, WhatsApps never stop, and even “rest” can start to feel scheduled. So when a space comes along that genuinely slows your nervous system the moment you walk through the door, it gets our attention.

Gray Wellness is exactly that.

Tucked inside the Kempinski at Mall of the Emirates, Gray is the newest private members’ club from SEVEN, and it feels refreshingly different from the usual wellness scene. No extremes. No rules. Just calm, considered wellness designed for real life.

From the second you arrive, you can feel the shift. The interiors are warm and grounding - soft beige tones, natural wood, stone textures, and olive trees dotted throughout. The lighting is gentle, not clinical, and there’s a quiet confidence to the space that feels more like a beautifully designed home than a gym. We were welcomed with chilled towels lightly infused with tea tree (a small touch, but one that instantly says you can exhale now).

Gray is built around the idea that real wellbeing lives in the grey area - somewhere between all-or-nothing fitness and sustainable, everyday health. The club is anchored by seven pillars: community, fitness, longevity, movement, nourishment, recovery, and relaxation. But nothing feels rigid or prescriptive. You’re free to move between intensity and stillness depending on what you need that day.

Some mornings, that might mean reformer Pilates, strength training, or a run on the Technogym Artis line. Other days, it’s stretching, sound healing, red-light therapy, or simply slowing down. One of our favourite touches is the recovery setup in the changing rooms - cold plunge, steam room, and sauna all in one place - making it easy to finish a session properly and leave feeling genuinely restored.

Membership includes full access to training and recovery spaces, unlimited red-light therapy, and the culinary programme at The Dose by Silvena, plus reciprocal access to SEVEN Wellness Club in Dubai and Ibiza. Everything feels intentionally balanced - supporting longevity and performance without stripping away pleasure.

In a city where wellness can sometimes feel like a performance, Gray feels quietly grounding. Calm. Thoughtful. Grown-up.

If your calendar is full and your energy is running low, this is the kind of place that helps you reset - and step back into city life feeling a little more like yourself.

Wellness for real life.
No extremes. Just balance 🤍

📵 New Tech Is Dialling Back Screen Time
Screenless phones are quietly taking off. Tin Can, (a screen-free, kid-friendly home phone that lets kids call and receive calls from approved contacts) has raised $12M as its waitlist nears 100,000 families. The devices remove apps and scrolling entirely, offering connection without the constant pull of notifications. With growing concerns linking early smartphone use to sleep issues and low mood, parents are looking for realistic middle-ground solutions rather than all-or-nothing bans. Adults are following suit too, with stripped-back phones gaining popularity as digital fatigue rises.
Our Take: A very 90s solution to a very modern problem. Connection without the constant stimulation. We survived it once.

🧪 Inito Is Upgrading At-Home Hormone Testing
Fertility startup Inito has raised $29M to scale its at-home diagnostics platform. Its urine-based strips use AI to track all four key ovulation hormones, identify patterns, and predict fertile windows without constant clinic visits. With around $45M in total funding, Inito is now developing AI-engineered antibodies to improve accuracy and expand beyond fertility into full-spectrum hormone health across pregnancy, menopause, and different life stages. It’s part of a wider shift towards autonomous fertility care, with platforms like Mira, Oova, and Hertility using hormonal data and AI to bring more precision into the home.
Bottom Line: Hormone health is quietly becoming something you can understand from your bathroom, not just your GP’s office.

🧬 Noom Is Turning Longevity Medicine Into a Habit
Noom - the psychology-based digital health app originally known for helping people change habits and lose weight - has unveiled a diagnostics-driven, microdosed GLP-1 programme designed to preempt and reverse chronic disease, marking its shift from diet app to full-stack preventative platform. The new Proactive Health Microdose initiative pairs personalised low-dose GLP-1 therapy with quarterly at-home blood biomarker testing and Noom’s habit coaching to track metabolic, cardiovascular and hormonal health over time. It leans into the idea of GLP-1s as longevity medicine, but with minimal effective doses and an emphasis on sustainable lifestyle change.
What this really means: Medicine is quietly moving out of clinics and into daily routines. When habits, blood markers, and prescriptions live inside one ecosystem, preventative care becomes seamless - but also more centralised. For now, Noom’s programme is limited to eight US states, but the direction of travel is clear. The convenience is undeniable. So is the influence. This shift towards ongoing, data-led maintenance feels inevitable, and it’s one worth watching closely.

👟 lululemon’s Athleisure Era Is Being Challenged
lululemon’s CEO is stepping down after a tough year that saw the brand’s stock drop sharply. Once its growth engine, the Americas have cooled, with declining store traffic and sales. But the bigger challenge feels cultural. Fewer standout products, less resonance with how people actually train, recover, commute, and live now. Activewear has shifted beyond leggings into identity and performance. Consumers want technical fabrics, versatile silhouettes, and brands that feel aligned with their lifestyle. While global players like Alo and Vuori are gaining ground, locally we’re seeing real momentum from brands we genuinely love, like Novara and Women’s Best, who feel far more tapped into how women are actually moving today.
Punchline: lululemon wrote the athleisure playbook, but the category has evolved. The next era belongs to brands that blend function, style, and cultural relevance, and right now, that energy feels closer to home.

🔮 TREND TO WATCH

🧠 The Rise of Non-Invasive Mental Health Treatments
Non-invasive mental health treatments are moving firmly into the mainstream. Mental Health Clinics like (US Based) Radial are scaling therapies that combine counselling with neuromodulation tools such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), vagus nerve stimulation, neurofeedback, and ketamine delivered in tightly controlled, low-intervention formats. The focus is speed, precision, and fewer side effects, with short, targeted sessions designed to re-engage underactive areas of the brain rather than blunt symptoms.
What’s driving it is a growing appetite for options beyond daily medication, especially for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and burnout. Advances in tech, better protocols, and stronger clinical evidence are making these treatments feel less experimental and far more accessible.
Zooming Out: Neuromodulation is quietly becoming one of the most interesting frontiers in mental health. We experienced this ourselves with TMS-based Exomind at Aeon Clinic in Atlantis The Royal. Brain stimulation that works with your nervous system, not against it. As demand grows for faster, lower side-effect care, this is starting to feel less like biohacking and more like what comes next.

😴 Why Sleep Still Matters More Than We Think
A recent study found that regularly sleeping fewer than seven hours a night may impact lifespan more than poor diet or inactivity, second only to smoking. Sleep underpins heart health, immune function, emotional regulation, and brain repair, which helps explain its powerful role in longevity. But good sleep isn’t always available. Stress, mental load, and different life seasons, especially for parents, can make rest feel hard to come by. That’s why innovation is increasingly focused on supporting the wind-down itself. Tools like Eight Sleep and Hatch (two of our most-loved wellness products), alongside brands like Somnee, AG1, and Seed, are helping make better rest more achievable.
Punchline: You can’t optimise your way around exhaustion. Longevity starts with getting the foundations right, supporting sleep in a way that fits the season you’re in.
